水泵的保養(yǎng)和維護(hù)的方法添加時(shí)間:2021-06-19

1、每運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)500小時(shí),應(yīng)松開密封座上螺塞,用注射器抽出腔內(nèi)剩余機(jī)油;向密封腔內(nèi)加注合格的20號機(jī)械油至腔內(nèi)一半的容積(加機(jī)油量適宜的檢查辦法:運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)油泵,機(jī)油不向外冒出即可);螺塞擰緊一方泄露現(xiàn)象發(fā)作。

2、發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)機(jī)械噪音加大和軸承處溫升異常時(shí),應(yīng)檢查電機(jī)軸承光滑狀況。如光滑脂變色、變臟應(yīng)及時(shí)改換。

3、當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)密封座有漏油現(xiàn)象時(shí),能夠松開密封座上螺塞,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)油泵,有油向外冒出并有航空油料滋味時(shí)即可斷定:機(jī)械密封失效。定制運(yùn)用該管道泵以便快速改換機(jī)械密封。

4、改換失效的機(jī)械密封的辦法:

1)準(zhǔn)備好放置泵零件的工作臺(空中)及拆裝工具,切勿恣意亂放亂用,以免碰壞泵零部件。

2)拆前確認(rèn)電機(jī)處于檢修狀態(tài),擰下加油螺塞,用吸管把密封座腔內(nèi)的光滑油吸出。

3)拆對分式聯(lián)軸器;先把聯(lián)軸器的固定內(nèi)六角螺釘擰下,在悄悄把聯(lián)軸器的一半從軸上漸漸拉下(留意不要掉下來)。用梅花扳手?jǐn)Q下泵軸吊緊螺栓和擋塊,讓葉輪漸漸下沉至泵體,拆下另一半聯(lián)軸器,拿下泵軸擋圈。

4)拆密封座:擰下密封座壓緊螺母,悄悄卸下密封座(留意:不要弄破座上橡膠油封)并清洗。

5)拆卸并清洗軸承座:先悄悄松動(dòng)一下軸承座后用拆卸螺栓頂起軸承座,并沿著泵軸往上提而卸下:用噴氣燃料清洗軸承及座裝前晾干并涂少許20號機(jī)械有光滑維護(hù)。

6)拆卸機(jī)械密封:抓住密封彈簧順著泵軸往上提,就能拆卸。

7)接卸密封配置:在動(dòng)、靜環(huán)境面上涂一層干凈的20號光滑油:導(dǎo)軸承座抹上光滑油,先把靜環(huán)悄悄定位裝入導(dǎo)軸承座;再在泵軸上抹上光滑油,把機(jī)械密封的動(dòng)環(huán)局部悄悄裝入泵軸上,用手輕推密封環(huán)應(yīng)能伸縮自若(留意動(dòng)、靜環(huán)局部的防轉(zhuǎn)部位需裝配到位)。

8)裝密封座:密封座上先裝入橡膠油封,再把密封座裝入泵蓋并壓在軸承座上,擰緊螺母。

9)裝聯(lián)軸器:先在電機(jī)軸頭上裝上擋圈,裝上一半聯(lián)軸器,再在泵軸端和聯(lián)軸器槽內(nèi)裝上擋塊并用梅花扳手?jǐn)Q緊螺栓(吊起泵軸3~5毫米并提供機(jī)械密封預(yù)應(yīng)力);再裝上另一半聯(lián)軸器上內(nèi)六角螺釘必需擰緊。裝置聯(lián)軸器正確的檢查請求:對分式聯(lián)軸器上下間隙平均;用手盤動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器數(shù)圈檢查轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈敏。

      10) 按運(yùn)用要點(diǎn)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)檢查改換機(jī)械密封能否正確,泵組能否正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

The pipe pump is customized to quickly change the mechanical seal. 4, change the failure of the mechanical seal: 1) ready to place the pump parts of the worktable (air) and disassembly tools, do not wantonly use, so as not to damage the pump parts. 2) make sure that the motor is in repair condition before disassembling. unscrew the oil-filling screw plug and suck out the smooth oil in the sealing seat cavity with a straw. 3) split coupling; first the coupling of the fixed hexagon screw down, in the coupling quietly half from the shaft gradually pull down (pay attention not to fall off) . With a spanner screw down the pump shaft lifting bolts and block, so that the impeller gradually sink to the pump body, remove the other half of the coupling, take down the pump shaft block ring. 4) remove the seal block: tighten the nut off the seal block, quietly remove the seal block (Note: Do not break the rubber oil seal on the block) and clean. 5) remove and clean the HOUSINGS: quietly loosen the housings, then lift the housings with remove bolts and lift them up along the pump shaft: Clean The housings and housings with jet fuel before drying and painting a little no. 20 machine for smooth maintenance. 6) remove the mechanical seal: Grab the Seal Spring and lift it up the pump shaft to remove it. 7) joint and discharge seal configuration: In the dynamic and static environment surface coated with a clean layer of No. 20 smooth oil: guide bearing seat coated with smooth oil, first quietly positioning the static ring into the guide bearing seat; then in the pump shaft coated with smooth oil, the mechanical seal of the dynamic part of the ring quietly into the pump shaft, with the hand to push the seal ring should be able to stretch freely (pay attention to the dynamic and static ring part of the anti-rotation parts to be installed in place) . 8) install seal block: Rubber oil seal is first installed on the seal block, then the seal block is installed in the pump cover and pressed on the bearing block, tightening the nut. 9) mounting coupling: First install the retaining ring on the motor shaft head, then install the half coupling, then install the retaining block on the pump shaft end and the coupling slot and tighten the bolts with the plum wrench (lifting the pump shaft 3 ~ 5 mm and providing the mechanical seal prestress) ; then install the hexagon screws on the other half coupling must be tightened. Correct inspection request for device coupling: average clearance between the top and bottom of the split coupling; check the rotation sensitivity with the number of turns of the handplate coupling. 10) according to the operating points of the test run to check whether the replacement of mechanical seal is correct, whether the normal operation of the pump group.
